2.Broaden exposure by working with the management team on projects;
3. Experience at Business development、IT and sales are all welcome;
4. Be responsible for the sales,marketing or project management of our business overseas.

Requirements:
1. From the US,Canada or speaks English at an idiomatic level；Bachelor/Master degree in any discipline,

High potential graduate or those with working experience;
2.Great passion towards updated technologies, e.g. AI;interested in Business Development(BD),

Product management, Project Management program, etc. which are base on MT’s strength and aspiration,
3.With leadership potential and Curiosity of learning, self-reflective;
4. Good inter-personal skills, ability to work in team and cooperate across functions or business units;
